Friday, February 16, 2007 Sea of Green Let me tell you of a place in the center of Va.; there's a old mill named Beavers Mill Pond that took control ofmy mind , from it's pure touch of beauty. Close your eye's and smell the history beneth your feet. Then i opened my eye's for the first time, as if i was in a dream, like i was here in the past, and was one of the mill workers i ran my fingers through my hair to feelif i was losing my mind, even rubbing my eye's and taking a second look. Then out of the bluei heard a voice yell at me telling me to hurry and load the darn wagon, because their just down the road, Shaking my head in a confused state of mind i grabbed a sack of flour running towards awagon with a team of morgan's throwing the sack of flour in the back then jumping on. Where was i? this has to be a dream? My mind was playing tricks on me, a mind trip becoming a nightmare. A load sound went off over my head making me deaf, as severalmore where everywhere, i heard theguns of war all around me as i noticed the gray uniform i looked up, and felt the stabbing sting turn warm, then wet as i fell from the wagon onto the open fields of green. I sat up holding my chest and feeling the life leaving me as red covered me. Iwashead high with the green grass that moved like a sea of green as the windhad brushed through it . My mind went blank with darkness......What's this? in my hand was a metal object, it was old and rusted. I knew where i was and what i was doing here. This spot was about a hundred feet from the tree i used to sit and clear my mind, but the wind made the field so beauitful to be in the middle of the field, while sitting there lost in thoughtsi found a buckle of a civil war soldier. It was my buckle, my life, my death for i was sitting on my grave from my past soul; a hot spot, my vortex to one of my passing souls on this earth. I'm waiting to find another hot spot, Have you found your's? Allen Rupert Anderson
