Ingredients: 650 ml whipped cream , 225gm chocolate truffle , 50gm chopped chocolate , 100gm chocolate sponge roll ,60gm grained sugar , 50gm white butter , 50gm salted butter.Preparation: fill the chocolate sponge roll with fresh whipped cream , make a wrap and put it away in the fridge for 10 minutes . then slice it up and place it in a glass bowl . mix chocolate truffle , fresh cream , salted butter and white butter and pour the mixture in the bowl . refrigerate for about 25 minutes . garnish with coloured balls and chocolate rice.
