Obesity is the main hurdle that abstracts every individual from achieving success in day to day to life. It is the matter of shame and figures out the individual from the society. As per new studies, more than 28% school children in the metro is found to be overwieght or obese with one-forth of them at a risk of getting diabetes, heart disease, stroke and possible early death. Obesity no longer comes with age. It is the most important epidemic of 21st century which has an early onset of 14 years.The ongoing study reveals that since 2004 there is a 13% rise in the incidence of obesity among teenagers between 14 and 18 years. Globally the incidence of obesity in childhood in 2004 was 10 % in US and 20% in Britain. This obesity leads an individual in various diseases and in turn health of the individual is affected. Now a days it is must for all the peoples to stay fit and energetic so that you get success in all walks of life. It is the high time to reduce excess weight in case of obesity patient and to reduce weight is the major factor.
The Following tips that will help you to reduce weight and will keep you mentally as well as physically fit.
? Do not consume whole milk and opt for skimmed milk in your day-to-day diet. Even while preparing tea or coffee use skimmed milk only. This skimmed milk helps in reducing calories and keeps you well with in standard weight ratio.
? Reduce sugar in your daily tea or coffee if possible opts for cubes that are free from the sugar.
? Try to include fresh vegetables in your daily diet as these vegetables provide fibers and helps from extra accomplishing fats. Fruits are to be taken along with outer covering as it contains maximum fibers. These fibers plays important role in cleaning the inner walls of the intestine and helps in smooth functioning of the digestive system.
? Fresh fruits and leafy vegetables keep you healthy and increase the sustaining power to fight back the various diseases.
? In case of non-vegetarian people opt for fresh fish and the chicken. Even meat of turkey is also recommended by the doctor to fight the obesity. Do not consume red meat as it is very rich in fat and that abstracts from loosing weight.
? Taking more quantity of water helps in keeping fit and helps in digestion. Keep away from beverages and soft drinks as they content more calories.
? Bakery products and fast food stuffs are considered as junk food try to avoid these products in your daily
meals. The main aim of the life is to keep healthy and then only one should opt for reducing weight.
Obesity is often taken as ?chubby? in childhood days but it is astonishing to see that more than 22 million children under 5 years are obese globally. Obesity is a Hidden killer as many are not even aware that they are obese. Obese people generally suffer from diabetes, heart disease, stroke and even a early death is observed. Hence over-weighted people must take certain precautions in terms of their eating habits and exercise daily to help their body cope up with obesity.
