Are these questions leading anywhere interesting?Some questions may seem unanswerable but as human beings we ask unanswerable questions every day as we try to exist in a manner that (hopefully) we can cope with, if not thoroughly enjoy. During our existence we measure our experiences as either good, bad or indifferent by comparing them to past experiences, lessons learned, and to our dreams and aspirations for the future. Whilst firmly in the present we travel backwards and forwards through time in our imaginations with every single occurance that affects us and with every decision we make, no matter how huge or insignificant the decision may be. Every thought or emotion we experience is based upon a whole catalogue of knowledge which we use (mostly subconsciously) to form our judgements. An example of this could be if you decided not to pick up the cooking pot with your bare hands, not because you have been born with the knowledge to wear oven gloves when handling hot things, but because years ago you learned, the hard way, that hot things can burn you, and being burnt is not a wholly pleasurable experience.Likewise we can travel forwards in time, picture where we would like to be in the future, and use that to form our decisions. A good example of this could be deciding you may like to be a famous actor and, based upon that vision, choosing a college course in performing arts. Or another example could be choosing to wait for a gap in the traffic before crossing a road because you wish to be alive tomorrow.Whether we are fully aware of it we all time travel all the time and to be aware of this fact can enable you do so responsibly, which can be of great benefit not just to yourself, but also to many other people you might come accross during your existence.
