The Present deals with a very important but hardly-noticed issue of dealing with the Present. Present as it denotes two meanings. One is a gift and other one is the tense, the now. This book begins with a discussion of two people where one narrates a story of a group of people, one among whom cites another story which is basically the talk on the table. You will use these estimates to determine progress and to estimate future projects. As the project progresses, revise them so that cost and schedule estimates remain accurate.
