The Catcher In The Rye
(J.D. Salinger)

Publicidade
Well, to many people, this book is apauling. I found it highly amusing (Though not what I would consider "Great Literature".) It is the story of a boy, a very lazy boy, to be precise. He isn't exactly dumb, but he has found it within his power to flunk out of several colleges. This boy, I might add, has a problem with swearing. After getting the boot from his most recent college, this boy takes it upon himself to not go home. As a result he has several bad encouters with sex and alcohol (I mean, whatkind of personorders a prostitute up, and then is too shy to have sex with her?) and he ends up screwing himself over. Then, how cute, he takes money from his sister to run off to Hollywood and pimp around with his brother. In the end, he sucks, but it is an entertaining ride.
