No End
(Mudra Rawal)
Last night I opened me eyes, sat upright, Starring something in the dark sky and stars white. A thought rushed down the lanes of my mind, What if he comes and holds me from behind. Idea ran away but left a smile and a shiver for me, Long was the road in front and none to see. Wish my eyes were mechanized like a telescope, The vision, that could he his every expression and hop. I lied once again on my bed, but the comfort was gone, The wishes raced, blushes bloomed and the retina shone. Every thing seemed tangible in virtuality, I feared if the essence would be lost in reality. I got up once again and wrote his name, All the letters fitted perfectly in my frame. I felt the echo of his words once said, heard, And imagined how would he cite the unheard. Being visible was not the only means to be close, His presence touched my every second without a pause. Waves traversed back to see, left imprints in wet sand, What we bore is spherical, no beginning, no end
