Jesus christ,the founder of christianity preached gospel of universal love,brotherhood and love of mankind and to live in peace and harmony with others.His teachings concerned common men,their beliefs and their convictions,with a bias towards socialism,humanism and spiritualism.He delivered his message of equality,faternity and liberty of all human beings irrespective of colour,wealth and culture.One should follow the path of righteousness so that his soul goes to heaven and lives in peace there.He talked of the other world,(heaven) which one is likely to aspire after his death and where god welcomes all those who lead a pious life.Man should think of others before feeding himself and his family members.If he finds some people hungry and in need of clothes,he should arrange for them.He should partake with them whatever he has in his possession.He should be helpful to all those who are and seek his help and guidance.He should hate none,rather embrace all without any reservation and restriction and worldly considerations.All human being are the sons of god and must be treated like brothers.
He further told people"love your enemies,do good to them who hate you".So his teaching aims at universal love and brotherhood and hate should be replaced by love.He goes one step further in his message of love when he says that you must offer your other cheek if one is smitten.It means there is no place for hatred,voilence and selfishness in our dealings with others,especially in war is completely ruled out.If there is hungry person first satisfy his hunger.If someone is naked, he should be given clothes to cover his body with and so on.All his teachings are evidence of his belief in spiritualism."Prayfor them who despise you,and give them all help and assitance".Do good to others and there should be no attempt for self-aggradisement.He has told the lesson of nice and courteous behaviour with others.
The other remarkable thing about his teaching is that he believes in forgiveness since to err. is human,to forgive divine.So it should be the duty of everyone to treat others not harshly since nobody is absolutely free from sinful act.
