The Iliad

The Iliad is adventurous and exciting by all means. You have a King named Menelaus who got his woman taken from him by a prince named Paris. It happens all the tiime now days except we dont start world wars, we just have the 2 guys duke it out for the girl. Well in this story King Menelaus gets all his men and fights against Troy, the area in which Paris lives all because he wont give back the girl. Now Menelaus is a little upset about this so he has Paris killed by his brother High King of Mycenae Agamemnon. After they destory Troy in the war Agamemnon grabs Helen and proceeds to get some actually shes not giving hes just taking if you catch my drift, in lamens terms, she was raped. Now after all this war for the girl, well she gets away and does not come back to Menelaus. All in all a pretty good story of lust that turns into war, the Trojan War
