"Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" -reviewed by Ronen Ulanovsky. I owe this book and this author allot. I had troubles with my weight most of my life. I went to gym, tried to diet, bought tons of pills and bars, but nothing worked. I even tried to buy different guides - the best one was the one, with the help ofwhich I lost 5 pounds and regained 10! I understood that the only way to loose the Fat is to ask the people who actually succeeded, and so I did. Most of the people I asked went (and still going) to gym for years, with many mistakes and "plateaus" until they perfected their techniques. One of them gave me one of these expensive, dangerousanduntrustworthy guides "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" and guess what? I didn't believe him. He told me to check "Fat Loss Success Stories & Testimonials" on book's site and I told him "Anybody can fake it.", but I checked it even though I didn't believe it. The stories were amazing! And each was a success: "Tom, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your book has been a God-send. Please keep up the fantastic work and I'll do the same." or "I feel great, light inside (bodily that is), light headed with pleasure at the success; I'm SO sorry I can't give you a hug over the e-mail system! But believe me, I'm sending you a "mental hug" which is heartfelt! If you're ever in Norway, look me up! "- and it is only 0.1% of all the "Thank-you" stories written. I was so fascinated by this and I decided to buy the book - It is only $39.95 - What do I have to lose? So finally I bought this great book! The first chapter deals with your Psychology andoptimizes your subconscious brain part by erasing Bad Habits and adding Good ones. Of course I thought It wouldn't work, but once I went to McDonald's with my family and whenwe ordered the Cheeseburger meal, Ibarely finished the Burger and couldn't eat the chips at all - because somehow my mind started to hate Junk-food. The method is very simple - this can be the only reason to buy the book! The second chapter is "Why 95% of all conventional diets fail.." and this is, because starvation mode - read the book for further information!!!! It is really worth it! The other chapters are the "super-detailed" information about which you will be SCHOCKED!!! How to determine your fat to muscle ratio? The book has the answer. Did you know? Each human has a Metabolic individuality and three different body types: Endomorph (common & unlucky), Ectomorph (Thin), Mesomorph (rare & lucky) and most of themankind has hybrid types. Here are some chapter names from this 320 pages E-book: Chapter 7: Secrets of meal frequency & timing: How to turbo charge your metabolism and turn your body into a fat-burning machine! Just to remind you - I'm not trying to advertise/sell you this book - It is all your choice. It should be clear for you what to buy and what to leave; I just recommend this book to you! I lost 37 pounds h this book and still going down. At the start I had 27% fats, now i have 13% and my goal is a one-digital number and I'm sure I'll reach it and soon.
