Book desciption starts: "It?s not good enough to want it. You?ve got toknow how to get it." Sure. Almost everybody wants to be a billionaire. To knowhow to become one is much more uncommon. And after getting rich, you will have to stay rich.Book has subtitle "Everything You Need to Know About Success, RealEstate, and Life". I don't think that any Book can actually fulfillthat promise, but this book is doing good job to tell you quite goodbit about success. Some main teachings in Trump's text are: don't work(or befriend) with liars, keep searching for business possibilities(all the time that is), and be loyal to good business friends. To be abillionaire, you need to believe, that you can be one.Trump points out that to being a billionaire does not mean that youshould throw your money around, but instead you should keep more closewatch on it. And one way to get more value to one's money it to buy(and use) good clothes, jewelry and so on. And tippingwaiters/waitresses is something you should always do.Trump tells us about Real Estate investing. His opinion is that thelocation of real estate does not matter. Building done with first classmaterials and with good companies. Never use again one that has let youdown before!Book contains a lot of information about different areas of life(beautiful women, diet, selling a house, managing debt...), and Imyself found it too shallow. When selling a house is covered in twopages, it seems that something has been left out. Trump's best tip inselling (or buying) a house is to get a good (local) real estatebroker.And still one piece of wisdom Trump gives us: "Dress for the job you want, not the jobyou have."In book?s introduction it is stated that "if youabsorb only ten percent of the wisdom in this book, you?ll still have agood shot at becoming a millionaire".I recommend reading the book anyhow. There are certainly things thatcan be learnt from the best and Trump is for sure the best in his lineof business nowadays. Part of the book telling about season two ofApprentice TV show could have been left out, but it is there probablyto make this book a little bit thicker. And maybe somebody finds itentertaining or even someway educating.This was the first book by Donald J. Trump (co written by MeredithMcIver) I have read and I will definately read other Trump books when Iget my hands to those.
