New Corporate was to set up where already few Employees were hired to work for the existing Projects and the CEO busy in construction and set up after handing over the Projects to the highly paid so called faithful Employees. No Project Manager to guide the Individuals. A New Employee Designated as Manager was hired to keep a track of the new projects and look after the smooth running of all other activities. While the Manager was on Duty, found the Employees held up with all types of un-acceptable jobs in the company which was on job during office working hours without doing the office jobs for which the Company was paying them. The Manager tried to implement certain rules and responsibilities to stop all these which had some impact on some of them but one among them was stubborn and never wanted to obey the laws. The Manager tried to rectify the boy with all his efforts but because of ego problem the boy never followed and kept going out of track.So finally the Manager took some decisive steps and decided to inform the CEO. The CEO caught the boy red handed and then he was charged. The boy promised not to do any in-disciplinary activity at the office to the CEO. But this confession was not heartly and had a grudge against the Manager. The boy started to behave in the same way as he used to. The Manager started implementing some very strict policies which the boy could not resist and instead of cutting a sorry figure, left the Organization.But friends will this be the solution for the boy; he will face the same problem where ever he goes. Instead it would be better if he would apologize which could help him build up himself as a professional and have more chances of growth in the external world.
