Limitt Your Driving Speed

Aarti Kekekar, a 31 yr old woman died after coming under a bus. She was riding her scooty when she dashed a BEST bus and fell under the wheels of the bus. Bus driver surrendered to the local police. Who's fault ? Both the BEST driver and Ms. Kekekar's are at fault. Both the drivers were rushing to reach their destinations without noticing other vehicles around them. Had Aarti and bus driver noticed each other, they would have driven under a limited speed to make way for each other. Some rules of driving: *Drive within a limited speed even when the road is empty. You never know when a stone or a pot hole comes your way. Be on a safer side, ALWAYS. DON'T DRINK and DRIVE. A 21 yr old drunk youth recently killed 6 people and injured 7 slum dwellers sleeping on the road. He is under arrest currently to face severe charges.
