102 Years Without Eça

There ison February 102 years since Eça´s death in Paris. Known while alive, translated in all languages, taught on portuguese school, i´ve studied Os Maias, that is the first criticism to the chic society and 120 years later of being written we still in thechicsociety. This time taught by the tv. Specially since came the particular to teach people to treat each other as inferiors while they dont know each other. In old times they taught Eca´s work in portuguese. One more that had studied in Coimbra and all his worksare one more criticism to the portuguese society but many portuguese students study him through summaries instead of reading the book!
