Shinsokan (shinsokan)
(MASSAHARU TANIGUCHI)
The practical one the SHINSOKAN is a contemplative meditation in which man transcends the world of the phenomenon; he transcends the substance, the meat, the mind, and goes into a superior world and dimension. The True Image world, the absolute and perfect world created by God, for (God himself, truly) his son God joins himself with God and where we look at with spiritual eyes :the perfection of truly being that it, the Life of God: eternal, indestructible, immortal, infinite, pure, immaculate and without sins; that never sinned, never suffered, never get sick, never made mistakes and never hated anybody, because HE is perfect and invulnerable by God; HE never burns on fire, will never be attacked by microbes; HE is the infinite life that has been covering Universe because HE is like GOD in the infinite God. THE POSITION: The Shinsokan is a spiritual practical meditation in which all the body identifies himself with the Truth. Therefore is the capital importance the correct position. We take the correct position of the body to get the correct position of the mind. All the parts of the body must be stood up on a way that they obey the cosmic order: above the superior members; under the inferior members, on the left what there must be on the left, on the right what there must be on the right; in the front what there must be in the front and behind what there must be behind. I SING an evocation for GOD: Here the Shinsokan Meditation begins. We sing a song to call GOD with conviction to be calling God. We concentrate the mind, only, in God in order to obtain the sensation of complete union with HIM. It is different to reach the ecstasy through a simple mental concentration. The Meaning of the Song to call GOD: oh, Father who gives life to all living beings, blesses me with Your Spirit. I live, not for my own force, but for God?s life who interposes the skies and the earth. My workmanships it?s not myself who has accomplished but the strength of GOD who interposes the sky and the earth. Oh, God-Father, that you show up through the SEICHO-EM -IE to point the way of sky and the earth, protect me. KIAI: the evocative song we EMIT the Kiai, sound IYU, strong and long . The KIAI is a sound that we emit on the culmination of the concentration of mental ?forá?. As much in the judo as in karatê we emit kiai in the hour to apply the stroke , aiming a bigger effect. Through concentrated mental power that in karatê clamped bricks are broken. In judô and karatê kiai is emitted to defeat the adversary and in the Shinsokan Meditation is for vivifying the next one and himself. The I means Life, and YU means demonstration (as the water is born gushing out of the fountain.). The IYU means the manifestation in Life. Kiai must leave out from the deep of the soul and not only out of the throat. MEDITATION: Immediately after kiai, we mentalize the following one: At this moment, I leave the world of the five senses and go into the world of the True Image. (we visualize and we contemplate an infinitely vast and wonderful world). Here where I am, it is the world of the True Image. He is the ocean of the infinite wisdom of God (many times) It?s the ocean of infinite love of God (many times). He is the ocean of infinite provision of God (some times). He is the ocean of infinite joy of God (some times). He is the ocean of infinite harmony of God (some times).Through mentalization we contemplate the attributes of God who, on the light form, involves and extends all over. We repeat this mentalization process until we get the visualization of the Universe full of the light of God. Orientações of Professor Massaharu Taniguchi.
