My Old Friend

Write your abstract here. when my kids and myself moved from ia, to vt, mom met this wonderful man, who became our step/father. his name was gus , a policeofficer., a good guy and good friend to all of us. we all had a productive life. summer vacations and so forth. all of papa Gus's friends were officers. As many years would pass life was good. one day mom went to visit a friend and there was that phone call from papa Gus that he's not feeling well. we got him to hospital and with all that confusion papa Gus is having a stroke. he lived on for 2-3 days and everyones heart is braking , he died one evening as we were driving home from hospital. everyone still misses Gus to this very day, but i guess life does go on. k. seibert.
