One Night @ A Call Center.
(Chetan Bhagat)
Can you believe it if I told you that books can make your day too? Well, I don't know about you, But this book made my day. Allow me to explain. ne Night @ a Call Center by Chetan Bhagat, isn't some profound philosophy. Hell, It's not even a self-help book. It's a just a story of six friends, who work at a callcenter catering to the customer service requirements of an American firm. This is the second one from his desk after his best-seller Five Point Someone. This is something everyone would be willing to nod their heads to. There is this part of the story where in the time of desperation, about to face death collectively, the sixof them get a call from God. That's where the best part of the whole story is, that's exactly where an atheist like me had to kick myself and listen to him speaking. I could feel the passion in my belly to do what he was demanding us humans to do. I almost thought my phone was ringing. I know the -god- calling- us - humans part is a little outlandish, but hey, who cares, the message was sent across. The God has spoken. No please wait. It's not a treatise nor is it a rendition of a religious epic. It's fun to read and you will finish it in a day or so. It's just that, this book can really make your day. Or so I felt. I don't want to tell you the story and spoil the fun. I would sponsor the book for your if you want. It's a good pick for your lazy weekend. Who know's You would have felt your phone ringing too. God's calling - where are you?
