This is a funny insight following the life of two 'characters'. They live in a grimy flophouse on the darker side of town and the story takes them from one drunken adventure to another. Their attempts to make money (then to spend it all on booze) generally cause holes in walls, piles of dead rats and enraged locals to threaten their lives. It's a short insight which is well written with a heavy use of colloquial americanisms....it's not hard to work out what is happening though and quite often the readers feels drunk and bruised too as the madness continues.....
