3) Do not sleep more than you have to
4) Don?t depend on technology .if you have to say something to say call that person or tell them personally do not hide behind your email
5) Think of yourself as o one man army , you need to plan and execute every move you make
6) It?s often to your advantage to be underestimated
7) Success breeds success. after you started to win people are used to this and it is more easy for you .if you are young and you didn?t had success yet , then you have to create the impression of success . It doesn?t matter if it is small or big you have to start with something and build on it
8) Friends are good but your family is better
9) Treat each decision like a lover
10) Be curious
An idea Donald Trump mentioned in the book more than ones it was that ?he is the best and he works only with the best ?
A billionaire it is attentive to all the details even when he rents an apartment because he is aware that an apartment is a big part of how you feel about yourself and it?s also a reflection of how others see you
When you rent a place it is better to hire a broker because they** know the neighborhood, ** specific markets ** property values, pro and cons of the certain buildings** rules and regulations of pricing and rent ** the ins and outs of the actual lease
When you found something that you like walk a little bit around the neighborhood , and spend some time there , see what it is the pattern of the day , when the neighborhood wakes up and when it goes to sleep , what kinds of people are working and living there , and do not forget to check the neighborhood in weekend too
Pay attention to the surroundings and talk with the people because they like a lot to complain
Whatever you are buying you are gone need a good attorney

Ø You can get a recommendations for a mortgage broker from friends or from your broker

Interest rate and down payments
§ it is safer to have a secured interest rate
§ it interest rate it is very low that means that possible fees are higher advice:::read the fine print .look for a low rate but remember the lowest rate may end up costing you the most
