E-lim-e-lech, and his wife Na-0-mi, had two sons, Mah-lon and Chi-li-on.
They left Bethlehem Judah and went to a country called Moab. Here
the sons took wives, Oprah and Ruth, living married about ten years.
E-lim-e-lech died, and the sons died also.

So Namoi, took her daughter-in-laws, and returned to the land of Judah.
She told them to go to their mother's house to live, and they would
find rest in the Lord.

Ruth, did not want to leave her Mother-in-law, and said I will go with thee
and die with thee, also. Ruth went out into the fields to find work. She
She was willing to work behind the other workers, taking what was left,
to feed her and Namoi.

There was this man Boaz, a man of great wealth, let her gleaned in the fields
after the reapers. He asked who Ruth was. He was told of her and her Mother-n-law
so he told the men to let her glean among the sheaves and not reproach her.

That night Naomi, wanted to know who she had worked for. Ruth saying this
man Boaz. Naomi, said he is near kin with us. Naomi, gave Ruth instructions as to
present her self to Boaz. He was pleased with Ruth, and let the people know,
she was a virtuous woman. He made it known, before the elders and all the people,
that he had purchased Ruth, to be his wife.

Ruth, was known as Boaz's wife, and the Lord gave her a son. The women said Naomi was
blessed, by the Lord, for thy daughter-in-law which loveth thee. Naomi, took the child, and
became nurse unto it.
