The most widely read book or the message

God to mankind,opens with "In the begining God
created...
This epoch marks the begining of time
seperating
eternity
in two.
In the process this opening put paid to various
theories or
fantasies about the origin of Earth and
man,
ranging from the big bang to descend of man
from AN
APE.
In this book is found the cause of the immense
amount of
suffering, even the most dispassionate man, can
see
in
the world today.It is the entry of sin or
disobedience of God's command. Here in very clear terms is
seen
the
fall
of man from an intimate fellowship with God to
the
grovelling exsistence in perpetual
suffering.The intigator of this ie the Stan. Unlike the oft
caricatured figures, which are seen in various books, bible
portrays him as exteremely intelligent angel, who fell from
grace because of his immense pride. Here
is
found
the love of God for his supreme
creation:man.Eeven man chose to follow the celestial
adversary: satan, God did not forsake his creation.Though
as the holy God he had to punish man, which he did by
banishing him from his presence. God's
love is
revealed in the way he covers the nakedness of
the
first man and woman.Also the coming of the
messiah
is
revealed here.The begining of Israel as a
nation
and
the
favourite of God is seen. The great patriachs
make
their
appearance here. The worldwide flood is
explained
clearly in the this book alone. This
flooding is found
in
most of the old myths and stories around the
world.The most towering figure in this book is Abraham,
whom God calls out of his land and makes him into a nomad.
Abraham is called the freind of God. He is also revered
alike by the Jews, Christians and Muslims alike.
The book ends with Joseph telling his sons to
take
his
body
along when they the promised land. An amazing
display
of
faith seeing that he died while in Egypt.
