For My Country

My countrymen hunger for the truth, the truth that was swallowed by the beast in the throne. i could not tell who is the foe in this reigning government? i myself vote for a leader that would set our country free from corrupt officials, discrimation and the undying dilemma on poverty, but i guess my vote and my countrymen's vote are all senseless.
Our ancestors shed blood even their souls just to give us liberty, Iam ashamed of myself because I'm a product of these new generation of Filipinos that doesn't know how to pay tribute to the legacy of our dear great heroes.
Now, that Iam exposed to the situation of my country, I will not allow anyone to ruin what Dr. Jose Rizal sacrified for our country, if I'm going to work, it is not for the Uncooked people but for my well-cooked people. I will serve my country even if I shed my own blood for the benefit of my dear nation, i know that a single drop of my blood would mean less compared to the heroism of our forefathers, but i know it would be fair to do these in the name of my country- the Philippines.
To the next generation of the Filipino race, may they unite not just for the power but because of a common goal and because of a common blood, we are all malayans and therefore seek within ourselves the real essence of the juice of life. i'm living you with my vow that someday, the Philippines would be free and may it live and serve all the next generations of Filipino people forever and ever.
