Katie Castle a very realistic view of a person who has cold feet basically. Shes your average person not to perfect but not horribly disgusting. She lies she cheats and she begs. What person dosent? She sacrifies everything over one little thing called lust and another little thing called stupidity.She has a fling with the company delivery driver. Liam uses everything against Katie to make sure she loses everything. He even leaves a mesage on his anwsering machine telling Katie not to harass him anymore and she haden't even called him. She loses her job, boyfriend,flat, and friends. She loses Veronica when a roomate of hers makes a move on Katie and she likes that roomate. Veronica of course no longer becomes Katies best friend. Katie has a pitfall of all out and out bad luck. The book portrays her parents as horrible and sartorially challenged. Her parents offer her a place to stay when she ahs absolutley nothing and the sad part about it is she hates them.This book is very stongly contented. It has the prefrence of women are weaker than men. It has some sexual prefrences not suitable for children but a very good book for people going through a midlife crisis to read. Rebecca Campbell gives a dashing performance of a humans everyday reality life. You cheat you steal you lie you go down. It has a perspective of one thing and one thing only you have to play right or you are going down or in other words your play with fire your going to get burned. Cambell does overdo Ludo's part. Not one single person in their lives has not gone to a party. Katie has to drag Ludo to them. Yes Ludo ahs visionary talent and great perspective of the world around him but he needs to become less tight and chill out as many people say int he world today. The book is a wonderful take on the fashion world of today. Rebecca Cambell did a marvelous job I should think
