Brief encounters with Che Guevara

The Book of Ben Fountain, writer north-American, who in the original edition has the heading “Brief encounters With Che Guevara”, recently was translated and published Portuguese for the publishing company War and Peace with the heading “immediate Meeting with Che Guevara. It is a book that if reads with the pleasure of who lives an adventure. An adventure, not; eight adventures, since they are about the eight small histories. The protagonists are caught in the way of conflicts politicians for which the government nor-American is responsible direct or indirectly. Without desiring, they are become involved emotionally, however with the combatants of the Columbian guerrilla, however with the mysteries of the politics of Haiti; here, one joins corruption, traffic of drug, robbery of works of art of national painters, problems of conscience for the murder of Che Guevara, love dramas, with tenebrous rituals “vodu”. In the story Asian Tiger, passed in Myanmar (Birmânia), the declining player of golf Sonny Grous is used, for the petroliferous company, as worker in the promiscuity who involves interests of ones and the corruption of the generals. The book of Ben Fountain finishes with “Fancy for eleven fingers”, the mysterious history of a girl prodigy mistreats, piano player with a ring finger more in the right hand, that when feeling itself scared by the emotions that it unchains in the Austrian society, where if they crossed simple loving of the art with distinguished militant anti-Jewish, decides to cut to its deformity minutes before the show; it is with one I quote bloody that one sits down to the piano the 18 of January of 1900. More than what with pleasure, it is read of a breath.
