There are many ways to communicate and one of them is satellite communication though it is a costly process to send asatellite in to spaceit becomes chepere compared to its multi purpose use.
the most important body is as follws

here satellite dish is used to transmitt and recive the signal.THER are two types of satellite dishes they are:
1.collective dish which is usefull for multi purposes
2.single dish used for home purposes.
1. it is difficult to install this dish because it requires some measurements such as azimuthal angle lattiude angle,alttitude angle etc.,the dish should be positioned in a particular direction such that ther will be no external disturbences.for such cases the dish must be placed in a particular angle this minute disturbance of angle is known as skew angle
2. it is very easy to install this kind of dish we can easily use this for home T.V's etc.,
Some imoportant features:
* we use the parabolic dish since its capcity to reflect the recived wave to its focal point where feed horn is placed .
*feedhorn is nothing but long strip observed ondishwhich recives the electromagnetic waves from the atmosphere and transmitts to the decoder.
