Soak the seeds, rinse them as they grow, and in about a week you have sprouts.Alfalfa sprouts are the easiest to grow, but try mung beans, lentils, raddish, garbonzo beans, soy beans, and others. This will vary your diet and give you many different nutrients. Oh, yes, and don't worry about not getting enough protein if you decide to skip the meat. Sprouts have lots of protein.
