Another Political thriller from Forsyth. Although this book is based on the present, but this book successfuly lets you feel the old-world charm of classic spying and covert operations. It gives you a feel of Cold War and classic Diplomacy. The plot and the pace of the novel are very much Forsyth like. A secret document is smuggled to the west from Moscow, a leader gone bad while resurrecting Russia to her former glory, an ex-CIA agent trying to avoid disaster.Forsyth fans will not be disappointed with this one.
