Voland From Master And Margaret (B????? ?? ??????? ? ?????????) Authors: ?????? ???????? Abstract in Russian by: KATIUSZA. November.09.2005. Abstract type:Abstract Author of the Translation into English: MIKEMAR. Oktober.12.2006. Voland, depicted in the Master and Margaret of Mikhail Bulgakov, this devil, arrives into Moscow of the twentieth century in order to organize traditional yearly ball. It takes the form of the forty year man of irreproachable manners, elegant, one his eye is black, another green. During its stay in the city occurred something, what, perhaps, no one would expect never from devil, the namely minute restoration of moral order in the corrupted city, complete of lie and hypocrisy. Voland is unusually clever, formed, cynical, possessing great knowledge in the people and in the world. It looks at the people from the point of view of psychology and philosophy, being in this case by the proud and restrained lord of hell. However, he also is lonely and tired, and the evil of peace inclines him to the cruelty. He on no account resembles to the typical devil , inveterate in subconsciousness of a man, with the tail and the pitchforks. He is, faster, the type of the devil- philosopher, who reflects about peace and life of a man. He observes the behavior of man in order on this foundation for afterward drawing conclusions concerning his nature.
