The pertaining to school Institution cannot abstain it world from the politics, because this would provoke the total impossibility of the citizenship and democracy. These words and actions if approach. The politics knowledge are supported in one vocábulo Greek, polish (city) and citizenship if it bases on a corresponding Latin expression, civitatem. The two terms indicate that if it reflects in the performance of the life in society. When we speak in citizenship, us we enaltecemos as if it was a superior dimension to the politics. We do not have to undeserve the politics, as one was pertaining to a less expressivo and inferior field to the citizenship. Through the politics it is possible to construct to the citizenship and the democracy, in the definition politics of the term: common good, social equality and collective dignity. E, in this direction the citizenship and the democracy if revigorate and if they reinventam. As it affirms Boff: “the human being is a participation being, a social actor, a historical and collective citizen of construction of igualitárias the social relations, possible jousts, free and fraternas inside of determined description-social conditions”. The social knowledge and the development politician are two aspects that each time more comes if unmasking as emancipation instruments and autonomy of the citizen whom it desires to understand the society and to act as author, constructor and reconstrutor of realities. When thinking the democracy as solely ideal of equality, we finish for verwhelming the freedom. A great danger in conceiving all exists the individuals as equal, therefore we will exclude the democratic right of the difference, the possibility to think in different way and to be different. When speaking in democracy in the school, we must, at the same time, recognize the difference of social papers and search those aspects where all the members of the pertaining to school community have the same rights. Inside of the Institution School, the respect to the hierarchy, the treatment with urbanity to the colleagues, they configure the equality of rights, that in turn consider the citizenship. The education for the citizenship is component basic of the democracy. The pertaining to school Institution must contemplate in its educational project, the will, the intention of being school that works the ideals of the citizenship. Perhaps therefore, isolated actions, of one or another area (or group), do not have mobilization force to initiate, to carry through and to give to autonomy to the project of a school citizen. “She is necessary that the citizenship of the other is concern of each one. The citizenship is personal, intransferível, nobody will have more if the other will have little”. (Amarildo Vieira de Souza). We need, all, to have conscience of what really he means in the exercise the citizenship. Citizenship is the courage to share of the efforts in instituting a free society, solidary joust and as it treats the Federal Constitution.
