The Finger

A poor man was found in his road to an old friend. This had a supernatural power that permitted him to work miracles. As the poor man complained of the difficulties of its life, its friend touched with the finger a brick that immediately became gold. It it was offered al poor, but this regretted that that was very little. The friend touched a lion of stone that became a lion of solid gold and al added it brick of gold. The friend insisted that both gifts were little thing. -¿What more you desire, therefore? -It asked him surprised the maker of prodigies. -¡It wanted your finger! -It answered the other. END
