The book : " flywheel ?good to great " is the very outcome of five scientific work , aiming to decipher the code wich did the difference, and made- good performance firms to great one rate ( according to severes and conclusives criteria regarding the market in wich they were acting , during long periods of dozens of years ) . That decipher process, includes all the common traits of all companies and firms , and those whice differentiate them . That book contains ? Three main parts , needed according to the author, for the very process of becoming ? a great one , from good one ? a. People b. ideas /contemplations c. actes .The book is writen in a very flowing and fascinating style. lucrative in terms of new ideas , and the same - concerning the amount of examples brought to the reader ( and not necessarily from the bussiness world ) ,as well metaphors and demonstrations, and practical tools . The applications of the insights of the book ,are far beyond the bussiness world of firms and companies , but to be implied also ? generaly speaking !- means ? work teams of all kinds, independent projects , various occupations and so forth?The difference between other theoretical models and that one , consist on the fact, that ? in this survey ? the givens have been analyzed in an empiric method and were compaired with controled groups . And all that, without any misleading presumptions . And indeed, the out come is that one , of ? very unusual and surprising conclusions . I have spotted some ? particularly interesting ideas , wich did in fact capture my mind , and so ? ? It is not the staff ? but the right staff ,wich makes the difference ( personnels , employees and so forth ? ) , it is them indeed- who are most valuable and importand asset of the corporation . ? The right duty of the executive is to conduct and run the system, not the staff . the right staff shoud be driven by himself , the right staff is self sufficiency . ? The great performance is the out come of a simple coherence , servign a very clear concept all along the way in the corporation`s life .And this should be expressed and implied by three themes ? one ? those thinks we are passionat to do. two? are capable to do and better than the rest . and three ? those thinks which economically ? drive us .There is no ingenious vision , unique perception ,of one executive , talented as he may be , wich can convert a good performance company to a great one rate ?but ? endless consistent and harmonious actes , in the right direction, wich finaly and gradually end - in a fruitful and powerful momentum .That book is in fact, the result of huge accumulated experience .The Methods implied have defined , redifined , and refined huge amount of datawhice did concern dozens of companies , people, and above all ? those who did it actually .
