To descibe Self-improvement is neither so easy nor so tough. It is not important to do different things for self improvement. Rather ask people about their good and bad experiences or just look back at experiences in you life. You will definitely find many states where you have felt motivated or have improved yourself. Similarly I want to share a thought from my life with you all--to err is human, but dont feel ashamed for that, because tomorrow when you will look back at those moments, you will realise those mistakes have become leaning experiences for you.
