Many refuse to believe that it has even happened, but Dumbledore has advised Harry to seek refuge in the offices of the Order Of The Phoenix, a quasi-masonic order set up to protect Harry and convince the world that Voldermort is really out there. The book now shows more of how the wizards interact with the Muggle (non wearing World) as Voldermort is clearly causing death and mayhem in our world in order to create problems for Harry too. We get strong insights now into what happens at the Ministry Of Magic, a beautifully realised leucocratic realm that echoes the British Civil Service excellently. Harry and his allies quickly discover that Voldermort?s agents have even infiltrated the ministry, and that many prisoners, mostly former followers of Lord Voldermort, have been sprung out of the wizard prison Azkaban, and that they have the demonic Dementors 9much feared by Harry) on their side. The story moves inexorably to an epic magic battle in the cellars of the ministry offices where Harry witnesses the death of his would be foster father, Sirius Black, dies saving Harry, who is heart-broken by the event. The death scene is actually ambiguous. Sirius disappears behind a curtain, from which Harry is told that he can never return. Though Voldermort escapes to fight another day, many of his followers, known as The Death eater, are captured, including Lucius Malfoy, father of the mains school bully, Draco Malfoy, is one of them. Draco vows to go from beating Harry up to killing him. However, the wizard World now knows that Voldermort?s threat is very real.
