The Alchemist
(Paulo Koalo)
Though reading is my passion , I never wanted to read this book as the title Alchemist - for me - it was sounding too mathematical, as well as a tough chemical book. But, as they say, when something has to happen, it has to.One should not judge the inside contents by reading the outer name. While I was talking to a friend of mine online, as was sharing about my dreams, he only suggested me to buy this book, read it and keep it in my library as a special asset. Halfheartedly, I start reading it. To my utter surprise, I hogged this book within a single night. Though my eyes were swollen in the morning, I ran to the Book Shop and collected all available books of Paulo Koalo. This book is all about following your dreams. Everybody see dreams. Some forget it when they wake up, some recollect it during the day. But, there are some people who are quite intuitive and they can see things which are going to happen with them/others in teh future. The boy- actual hero of the novel - comes under the third category of the above said. He represents a person who is crazy for climbing up the ladders of success in life. He can survive any hurdles comes in front of him. He shed down his ego like our earth to accomplish his goal!. He takes great risks in life like Saggitarians while pointing his aim arrow on the dream focus. This novel teaches us, struggles and troubles in life only makes you an expert. Actually, they are the real path towards success!
