Publicidade
Genghis Khan(b.1155-67,d.1227;given the name of
Temujin) was a conquerror of the most barbaric
order, beginning his meteoric rise to rulership
from peasant status among ruthlessly warring clans
in his native Mongolia. To avenge the murder of his
father,Temujin assembled an Army that eventually
grew to colossal size(some 200,000) and
systematically annihilated each enemy faction in
turn, culminating with his total route of the
Eastern Mongal Tatars in 1201.Temujin
systematically slaughtered the every Tatar who was
taller than the height of a cart axel, making
certain that the next generation of Tatar will be
loyal only to him.He then took on the name
Genghis Khan,which means universal leader.
Genghis Khan's military genius with cavalry
invasion and tactics of siege led him to invasion
and victory over the large area of lands including
China,Afghanistan and northwestern India,and
southern Russia.
