Tipo is a young company dedicated to the plastic injection industry and the manufacture and maintenance of injection molds.
Since 1995 operation began with the objective of providing our customers with the complete satisfaction of their needs and requirements. To accomplish this we implement quality control systems in mold manufacture and production of injected parts.
In the beginning, only the injection service was offered, both in our product as well as production for other customers. Eventually the need to offer the option of mold design, manufacture and maintenance was fulfilled to complement and integrate the injection process, offering this way better quality and a reduced response time for the finished product.
Tipo has always worked towards providing its customers with the highest quality, and this is why continuous learning and improvement in all areas is pursued through education and experience.
Currently we supply products for the poultry, coffee,
soft drinks and advertising industries such as caps and security products.
Customer feedback plays a major role, this allows us to provide a better service and higher quality products.
Tipo uses injection machines certified by the
ISO-9000 quality standard. The modern equipment digitally controlled via a computer allows us the injection with out variation in quality, providing repeatability in the production process of any part, simple or complex. The injection machine´s precision combined with a good mold produce parts that meet or exceed the quality required by our customers.
