Isabella, a South African white, is a spoiled rich girl who is used to getting her own way with everything. She is bored and looking for adventure when Mark catches her eye. She has a passionate affair with him, which results in a baby. Mark is married, so he is waiting for his Catholic wife to agree to divorce him before he can legally marry Isabella.
