Emotional Inteligence

In the area of human behaviour, for long the importance of emotions as determining factor of people´s success was not taken into account. With a lot of sacrifice, the other´s people demands can be satisfied, but with the risk of being limited to this ones, when actually what makes sucess is the capacity to get out of context with faith and accuracy in what is believed will give results. Being brave and courageous to grab what you expect is what sould be tought in school and not how to strictly obey an order from a less creative person. The human being has seven defined intelligences that don´t generally work together, situation that allows you to discover new ways of learning that will fully develop a person´s characteristics. An experiment was conducted with kindergarten children, they were offered a candy to each of them with the condition that the ones that would receive it last, would receive doble, a few were patient enough to wait in the end of the row and get doble portion. After a while, those kids who knew how to wait turned out to be the most succesfull ones in their professional life. In other owrds, it is not IQ, but the emotional intelligence which defines a person´s sucess or failure
