VEGETABLE STOCK INGREDIENTS 1 PIECE CINNAMON 1TSP SALT 1 ONION 1 TOMATO 2 BROWN CARDAMONS 6 CLOVES 8 CUPS WATER 1 CARROT SMALL PIECE GINGER 6 GARLIC CLOVES FEW HARD PIECES OF CAULIFLOWER FEW HARD PIECES OF CABBAGE FEW HARD PIECES OF LAUKI METHOD CUT ALL THE VEGETABLES INTO PIECES .PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A PRESSURE COOKER AND LET IT BOIL FOR HALF AN HOUR .STRAIN THE BOILED STOCK THROUGH A MUSLIN CLOTH OR A VERY MINUTE STRAINER . WHEN COOL REFRIGERATE IT .IT CAN BE KEPT FOR 5 -6 DAYS.
