Ghost: A Source Of Income

Sometimes it is hard to believe in strange things. There was nearby herd of trees by my home. One day a person spread the news, he saw a ghost that was burning a fire about twelve mid nights.
People were very afraid they stop to walk to that path after sunset. After a year a person he was known sadhu came to live in that place. He spread that news he overpowered on a ghost that is very strong soul and demanding from the villagers to celebrate a fair every year in that place.
What were then? People come to see him and donated free food and money. He got very good income. He got that land freely from a landlord and built a temple.
After few years two people has a fight for that land. One person was seeking his share from him who spread news years ago that a ghost is living on that place.
It was very strange. Matter has been preceded to court.
A person who was seeking share; told to the court that when he has affair with a village woman she was a wife of a soldier and they had a big family in my village.
It was a deadly difficult to see her alone in a secret place.
I got an idea and spread news about a ghost and enjoyed her friendship in that herd of trees.Later I got another idea to capture this land on a name of Ghost. I involved this gentleman who was lonely living. He accepted my conditions but later he denied sharing his income.
