(BIBLE)

Publicidade
JONAH A HUMOUROUS MAN
The book of Jonah is one of the most interesting and humourous books in Bible. In this book, Jonah describes his dislike for Nineveh, a city in Assyria. Jonah experiences are amazing to read. Jonah goes against the word of God in warning the people of Nineveh. In fact, it is humourous to find how he chooses to run away from this place. A big fish swallows him. This was a punishment imposed on by God. He realizes his mistake and prays to God. The fish spits him out, and he preaches to the people of Nineveh. The book shows how they repented and God forgave them. This book talks about how a man is tossed up in his life when he fails to listen to the words of God. The whole book seems like reading a fairy tale
