The code of ethics is the whole of the conventions adopted by the company in ke goal to get to the citizens references morals and codes of conduct which direct them and guide them in the performance of their administrative duties as well as liberal. The respect of this code means that the citizen sticks to his roots, respects the inheritance and the culture of its ancestors, and thus it preserves its honor, its dignity and consolidates its place in the company, becoming strong, respected and venerated. Ethics in its oldest direction, meant among Greeks the residence or the dwelling which gathers all the family of the large fathers to the grandfathers. The term is widened then to indicate all the human groupings, on the level of a tribe; of an area, of people or a nation. For Heidegger it is necessary to go beyond the literal significance of the single dwelling to integrate the concept of original reference, built inside the intimate complicity of the heart. In other words it is not a question of a material place, but of a symbolic system place which the man lives in his the deeper. It is the éthos, the base of the praxis and the firm ground, origins of all the human acts. The éthos has a direction stronger than morals. Morals means the provision of the man in the life, its character and its habits. It is the manner of living. The éthos means the acquired feature by the habit and the use. In other words the éthos is not innate. These practices are acquired by repetition of the identical acts. Within the conceptual framework ethics, we are in a circle or a sequence between repeated éthos/habitudes/acts.
