Hard, hard to be an adolescent, thats what four young girls discover: Carmen: who has numerous communication problems with her parents. Tibby: the tomboy of the group. Bridget: the most beautiful and sexy blond in school. Then Lena: the most exotic of the girls, a beautiful brunnette who refuses to listen to her heart. These four young girls have always known each other but a number of events that happen during their first holiday make them drift apart. Because of who?? or rather... because of what?? I'm going to tell you: a pair of jeans. yes because of a pair of jeans, a symbol of their friendship that passes from one girl to the next during the holidays that will change their lives forever. In this book, we discover four teenagers who are funny, sensitive, intelligent, who share their feelings with each other. we see them mature and enter the terrible life of adulthood. We enter into their private moments to see them laugh, cry.. and especially, we see them encountering love. In conclusion, I have only one thing to say, we were all at one stage this type of teenager, these girls who do whats in their heads, who don't listen to their parents, who prefer to go out with their new boyfriend rather that stay in front of the tv with mother and father and especially who believe that there are many things to see in life... Yes, we were all this type of teenager and now those are our children who make life difficult even if we know that we love them no matter what happens, but its like that.... its the cycle of life!!!!!
