Fried Pineapple Kebabs

INGREDENTS :- . Tin of small size of pineapple slices. . A cup of maida. . 3tsp of cornflour . 3 pinches sodi be carb . 4-5 tbsp of sugar syrup from the tinned pineapple . Oil for deep frying . 2 tsp cinnamon powder or icing sugar for drizzling ( optional) METHOD :- Sift together the maida , cornflour, baking soda. Mix first the sugar and then just enough water to form a dough which is of falling consistency. Heat enough oil for deep frying. Dip each of the pineapple slices in the dough , making sure that the dough sticks well to the pineapple pieces and deep fry on a medium flame till just golden brown. Serve drizzled with cinnamon powder or icing sugar.
