The Stone Woman
(donatella zanello)

Publicidade
The fire of the love that petrifies. The woman puts on the stone mask to be able to confront the pain. The pain of an impossible love. The fear sinks underneath the cultural barriers soaked with hypocrisy inside the power of the poetry like an intimate freedom. This is an intense book that talks about love and not only. It's the cultural and social situation of the woman that deep down is in the transparent poetic tension of the author. This stone mask in an modern occident is the sign of a sort of a intersect slavery that after all is not so far of the Burka prison. For, the way the author wants to explain is the love and the respect for women that is missing. There is this emptiness drowned in the sea, of the enormous desire having the dreams left on the daily horizon that is behind the Blue Island. Hope in the unsettlement of the one who feels hurt. There are the roses and sunflowers and the scent of the mint that is rising up from the field of dreams. There is the city where one could feel strong and could believe in everything was done, memories of kisses that puts inexorable between the things. Only mistrustful looks and dew boats, love that makes itself a barrier, protests against the violence. The poetry of mother, who sinks in the obscurity of the look of the stone woman that rides through the centuries, soaked of myths.
