Most people was very sad and miserable when someone very close to them just passes away. But most of the grief that we feel is a result of personal loss, fear of lonliness in future without the loved one. These are negative emotions which is like , putting the blame on our dear one for learning us without our permission.
Actually to feel unhappy over the passing of our near one is an insult to the beautiful memories of the lives. The reason why we cremate the dead body in the full view of loved one is so that we too realise that our own body will reduce in ashes but this is not the end because actually we are INTERNAL SOUL .
If we are not afraid of death we are always be happy because then we realise that death of our body is not the end of our life. This was the statement of NACHIKETA in the " KATHA OPNISHAD " he was not afraid of death and he addressed his GURU YAMRAJ ----- Whatever you may give me death, must come and take it away but you are in front of me so i am not afraid.
" Therefore death is nothing except the only reality in this unreal world"
