(William Shakespears)

Publicidade
Sonnet 18 by William Shakespeare (Stanza 3)

Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow?st
Means: You will never lose the beauty which you own
Olden English: ?fair? Means beauty, ?thou? means you, ?ow?st?
                          means own

So long as man can breathe, or eyes can see
Means: As long as man is alive, as long as man can read.

So long lives this, and this gives life to thee
Means: Then, this poem will live forever. Man reading this poem
             gives life to your beauty.
