Understanding Individual employee performance is a systematic approach to assigning work and expectations, supporting and enabling employee efforts, providing assessment and feedback, and following through with appropriate recognition or correction. Understanding individual employee performance is helping to reduce uncertainties of organization in terms of organizational productivity and its overall effectiveness. This research helps us to understand performance influencing factors of employee and helps the organization in decision making regarding their career progress.
 
The research was based on both primary and secondary data; the analysis of primary data was possible through questionnaires which were distributed to the employees. Most of the employees concluded that they perform well when they are highly motivated by the management. Rewards and incentives program also motivates employees to increase their productivity and performance on the job.
