Mary Lenox was orphaned because of a cholera epidemic. Uncle Archibald became her protector. Mary''s uncle and his house was very strange. She met Martha in this house, who told her about the closed garden. Some day Mary found in some room her cousin Collin and she met Mary''s brother-Dick. She has found a mistery garden too. She grew up flowers in it and took care of it. She told only her friends about this. Mr. Archibald saw his son walking in this garden. Mr. Archibald thought that Collin was an invalid because he could not walk and had a hump. Mary''s uncle never spoke with his son, but when he saw him, his relationship to his son was changed.
