In addition, the author has given six keys for successfully implementing the agenda viz. integrating & focusing our efforts; giving more than normal attention to the issues connected with people; managing different groups of people differently; displaying committed executive leadership; making effective, truthful, & two-way communication; doing things in a series of steps with due planning.
